About Us

Hey there! We’re Jennifer and Austin Amos, a local husband-and-wife real estate team helping buyers, sellers, and investors across the Smoky Mountains and East Tennessee make smart moves and reach their real estate goals.

We’ve been practicing real estate together since 2022, and we haven’t looked back. Since then, we’ve served everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, and earned our RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist) and C2EX (NAR’s Commitment to Excellence) designations along the way.

When we’re not nerding out over home values and property records, you’ll find us hiking with our two golden retrievers, Jack and Otto, snuggling our cats Ned and Mystique, tending to our garden, or planning our next tennis match or ski trip.

Austin stays busy making music (guitar, drums, producing beats), fishing on the lake, spending time with family, and collecting Pokemon cards (Dragonite is a favorite!).

Jennifer loves cooking and baking, playing Sims and other video games, reading, swimming, gardening, and collecting Pokemon cards right alongside Austin (Gengar is her go-to!).

Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a cabin, or looking for an investment property in the Smokies, we bring local expertise and proven results.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jennifer and Austin are amazing realtors, and I would recommend them to anyone who is searching for a home in the East TN area. They listened to what we were looking for, and found so many houses for us that fit that criteria. They were patient, open, honest, and made the home buying process a lot easier. We are finally in our dream home, and it’s all thanks to them!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. For several years we suffered through EIGHT real estate agents hoping to sell our specialty Sevier County property. They stole our belongings, threw items in the yard and my business into the garbage, created illegal MLS listings----YES, THEY DID!! We couldn't get the property listed, shown, or sold.
Then we met Austin and Jennifer Amos. How refreshing to find conscientious, hard-working, and professional agents who actually work for the client.
Due to the special nature of our land, home, and business, it took a while to get the right buyer but Austin and Jennifer hung in there, took good care of us, kept in superb contact, suffered through several wrong buyers and finally found the just right buyer that met our needs and price. We gladly closed and owe Austin and Jennifer dinner when we are next in town.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jennifer and Austin were spot on during our process of looking for a short term rental cabin. We look at different options and all the cabins we looked at were checking the boxes. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had and made the whole process as smooth as it could be.

Would definitely deal with them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My experience with Austin and Jennifer was absolutely fantastic. I worked with them to purchase both my primary residence and my first short term rental property, and I couldn’t have asked for better realtors. They guided me through every step of the process, making sure everything went smoothly and on time.

Whenever something needed attention, they stepped in immediately to protect my interests and handled negotiations with incredible skill. Their knowledge of cabins, investment properties, and the short term rentals market made a huge difference for me as a first-time STR owner.

Austin and Jennifer are organized, proactive, and always on top of everything. If you’re looking for realtors who genuinely care, work hard, and know the market inside and out, I highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jennifer and Austin did an amazing job from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home.

They helped us find the perfect home for us, negotiate a good price, find us a good lender, they organized the whole inspection process for us and were there in person with the inspectors when we couldn’t be, they were very responsive & knowledgeable. And above all that they had a great attitude and were easy to work with.
